Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin 1/3 env
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grated orange peel
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges in light syrup drained
  • Artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 cup dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup ice water

Instructions
 

  • Start recipe at least 3 1/2 hours before serving.  In small saucepan, into 1/4 cup of orange juice, sprinkle gelatin.  Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.  Remove from heat; stir in 3/4 cup orange juice, lemon juice, orange peel, orange segments and sweetener.  Cool.In a small bowl with electric mixer, beat on high the powdered milk with ice water until stiff peaks form.  Gently stir gelatin mixture into whipped milk until well blended.  Pour into shallow pan; freeze 3 hours or until firm.

  • 3 Cups Blackberries Frozen no sugar added
  • 2 Tbl Orange Juice Frozen Concentrate
  • 1 Cup Ice Crushed

Instructions
 

  • In the blender, process all ingredients until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Serve immediately or freeze. About 15 minutes before serving, take out of freezer and let stand.
